Lovely light and beautiful water ..and it looks like it could have been taken recently. (Not that I know what the area looks like personally --we have never been to our nations capital).
I've always loved waterfalls, i am looking at your post where are they! I laughed when you laughed at my "cold"temps which are much much higher than the summers among all of you living in cold countries. I actually cannot relate how warm-blooded humans can adopt to -34°C, as my migrant friends in Canada experience every winter. It scares me, i might not be able to leave the heated homes those times.
