My favorite geyser at Yellowstone was the Fountain Geyser, which erupts a couple of times a day. It looks like a wild fountain as it erupts, with constant explosions of water. It's definitely worth seeing if you get a chance.

Amazing! I've been close to Yellowstone a LONG time ago, but have never been there. Maybe next summer. ♥♫

great shots
ReplyDeleteWow - these are some amazing shots! Must have been a wonderful experience to see them in person.
ReplyDeletebeautiful shots. I love how you have captured the droplets of water which glisten in the bright sunshine.
ReplyDeleteNice shots Al. I like the way you captured the deep blues, white clouds and kept the sparkle in the geyser.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind words. I don't shoot color any more because I can't afford the equivalent quality and I love shooting in B&W so I stick with film. I'm always learning, trying to 'see' in B&W. It's really about light, shadows and forms.
I've been carrying two cameras lately. That way I don't need to be switching lenses.
That is very nice =)
ReplyDeleteWow that´s so amazing! LG Tina
ReplyDeleteI'd love to visit there someday!
ReplyDeleteWow, you've done well to capture it in eruption.
