Here are the last of my photos from last year's visit to the Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver. First is a small lake, showing just how rainy it was the day were were there. But no excuses, the photography must go on! (Given the many horrible conditions in which I've used my camera, I'm amazed that it still works - it's a low-end consumer DSLR.)
And here are some totems near the entrance.
And that's my Scenic Sunday entry for the week!
Beautiful place! Love it!

ReplyDeleteLooks nice and green there from all that moisture! I'm in AZ and you're right Al --HOT!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a warm and lush location, Al. I know it can't be in Colorado! Where is it?
ReplyDeleteCapilano is a magical place, I have been there quite a few times. I live just outside of Vancouver so it is an awesome place to visit for a day trip!
ReplyDeleteIt's been awhile since I've been up to the Vancouver area - job loss at 64 and retirement limit my travel - though I did just return from four months in India!!! I loved seeing your pictures.
ReplyDeleteMy Scenic Sunday was shot during my recent four month visit to India....

You're brave to photograph in the rain! Are the totems of Native Americans?
ReplyDeleteYour first photo is truly beautiful, and I think it's because of the rain and not despite it.
