I don't remember the details, but I liked this photo of a large building within a palace in Seoul, South Korea, that we visited in 1998. I think it was the main palace.
It's a scanned print, and you can see more old photos like it at the Vintage Weekly meme.
So different than any building we have in our part of the country.....beautiful
ReplyDeletevery nice structure. there's a building about an hour away from my home that reminds me of oriental structures like this one. certainly had a vision, didn't they? hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteI've really enjoyed this series of yours from South Korea! Beautiful building and a marvelous capture! Hope yours and Socks weekend is going well, Al! Stay safe from the fires!

Just a large building and amazing architecture. I see you had many great trips around the world!
ReplyDeleteI don't have Nook or Kindle yet, but I think it would be great to have one. But I love to have real books on hands...it gives me much pleasure to touch it, to smell its pages...
Have a wonderful Sunday too!
This photo has good color for a scanned print. I just scanned many photos for my last post but their color was almost all gone, and the black and white too dark – of course mine are 45 years old since they were of our wedding which was today in 1967!
