Pikes Peak from Garden of the Gods
I thought I'd take Tina's PicStory theme of Garden today to post another photo from the Garden of the Gods - a classic view of Pikes Peak. This is a garden indeed!
That is a gorgeous sight and a fantastic capture, Al!! And it's wonderful to know that Colorado Springs is once again open for business! Wonderful!! Hope your week is off to a great start!
What a gorgeous shot. It's hard to believe that not so long ago the view was quite different! I"m so glad Colorado Springs is springing back and doing fine!
Hi there - I like the way the space between the trees leads you into the picture.
Yes, bee-eaters do eat bees, but they will eat just about any other flying insect as well. The remarkable thing they do with bees is to beat them against the branch / twig they are still on to get rid of the sting!
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment - I love reading them and look forward to viewing your blog. If you only allow Google+ comments I won't be able to leave a comment in return.
