Wassenar Windmill

My notes say that this old photo (a scanned slide) is from Wassenaar in Holland, back in 1976.

    Very nice! I'm always surprised when one these things is set in the middle of a neighborhood. I always assumed that they were all in the countryside.

    Hi Al, Happy New Year. I've seen an actual old windmill only in Sweden, but it's not working anymore. How is the cold there in your area now?

    I replied to your comment in my post, i said my distance from the seashore is actually in terms of metric distance, not meters above sea level or masl, as probably yours is. Thanks for always visiting.
