Not More Snow!

Yes, our rain turned to snow briefly yesterday, but I'm not going to show you that. Instead, this week's Skywatch Friday shot is of a beautiful storm last summer.

  2. Rain rain go away! I am tired of the two weeks plus of constant rain we have been having--it's been too cold and gloomy for the usual bright blue and sunny Colorado skies. Best wishes in your new home, Al!

  3. A beautiful shot, haven't taken a storm photo. I think we badly need a storm right now, that is our only way to have the much needed rain to stop the very long dry season.

  6. That is a beautiful sky. It got pretty cold here last night, but not enough for snow, just down to 39. I wish I could say we had some rain in the forecast, we could really use some.

I'm sure we have never experienced such cloud formation! for people living in this part of the world, this looks more like shot from sci-fi movie....heading for apocalypse!! btw...great capture!

  13. So beautiful. And yet so eerie. Have heard from real life family and virtual friends about your untypical weather. Here's to a return to beautiful blue sky colorado sooner rather than later.
