working in Manhattan at the time was exciting. lots of great things going on. had an absolute ball living and working in NY then. 2 years later i was a suburban housewife and mother. i often think about the photos that many people have of the skyline with the towers standing so tall against the sky. i don't think anyone at that time ever imagined the sadness of 9/11. it is almost like the loss of innocent times. great choice for N post. made me think back to a time of happiness and sadness
