Wingaersheek Beach

A few months ago we spent a little time in the Boston area. Of course I had to get to the beach - in this case Wingaersheek Beach, in West Gloucester, Massachusetts.
Although the weather was overcast I was glad to be there, as it's not something we experience where I live.
I loved the sand dunes...
...and of course the boats on the water...
...and did I mention the sand dunes!

  5. We love the beach because we're so land-locked, Al! I've really enjoyed your photos though I don't think I'll go swimming. I hope you love skiing at Copper. We've just gotten 3 days of good snow - about 2'!

  7. I had no idea there would be a beach like this near Boston. We have not been there. I love the dunes and the quiet beach -- can't see too much of that kind of thing.
