Inside One WTC

Last time I was in New York City I went up One World Trade Center. I was lucky that there was no line.
Normally this attractive entry area would be full of people.
Even the elevators are unique - the walls are video screens that show a panorama of the city. The view starts out showing how the area looked 500 years ago...
...and follows the time forward, until one minute (and 100 floors) later you see what the city looks like today on these enormous screens.
I've got a few photos from the top to share, but that will be for another day. In the meantime visit Our World Tuesday to see photos from around the world.

  3. Al I visited during daytime hourse so I had a different view form the top--I look forward to seeing your night time view. I also enjoyed the elevator "ride through the ages" of New York
