    Yes, I believe Alcatraz is sill there, now a tourist location.

    Great photo Al. The view of Alcatraz from that angle, always reminds me of an old ship. Maybe a freighter. Can you see it? The bow on the right, the stern on the left, and the building with the smoke stack and wheel house (and more) in the middle.
