Mount Vernon 1990 (1)

George Washington's plantation house, Mount Vernon, is open to the public. The first time I saw it was back in 1990 when I lived in the DC area, and here's an old scanned slide from that visit.

    Your slides from that era have stood up better than mine which have badly color shifted.

    I I was fortunate enough to visit Mount Vernon several years ago & thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
