Black Forest Fisheye

Last time I went to the Black Forest Park, I took my fisheye lens along - you saw one of the shots posted a couple of days ago. You can still see the devastation from the wildfire a few years ago - that will take decades to completely heal.
Nevertheless there's plenty of natural beauty to be found here (and of course my dogs always come with me on my walks and hikes and sometimes end up in the photos).
And here's a final shot, taken at one of the park's pavilions looking straight up, a classic fisheye shot.

  5. You sure had fun with your lenses! I often regret the advent of cellular-phone-photography, even though it is sometimes convenient to have the wherewithal in my purse when I want to capture an irresistible scene.
I can sure understand about the remains of the wildfire. On the west coast and far into the interior, almost all the way from California to Alaska (at least it felt like it) forest fires ravaged Canada as well as the US. When I heard that some of the fires in British Columbia had been deliberately started, I wanted to strangle the people who did it. Fortunately for me, I didn't come face to face with one of those people, because I am by no means a fighter. (I could have sat on one until he or she couldn't breathe, though. That might have worked!)
Okay, I've calmed down...no more ferocious noises...but I must say I love it when pets insert themselves into photos!
