First Ski Day!

The snow hasn't been great this year, so I've been waiting to head up to Copper to ski. But I made the trip on Saturday, and despite the holiday-weekend crowds had fun and took a couple of shots with the cell-phone. The rope in the lower-left of the photo marks in-bound terrain.
I managed to stay away from most of the people. It's always nice to be in the mountains!

  2. With scenery like that I don't think I would want to stay away for very long.

  3. OMG, i wish some of your cold winds will be blown this way. We suddenly got the very high temps in a matter of one night, from colder to very hot, no transition. 26C to 32°C. According to my Scottish friend it is hot to super hot!

  6. The snow looked good up there! We had 6 inches the other day in the foothills--glad for all the moisture!
