We got hit by that "bomb cyclone" last week. It basically formed over Colorado, and wind gusts as high as 97 mph (156 kph) were measured at our local airport (the equivalent of a category 2 hurricane). On top of that we got a foot (30.5 cm) of snow with huge drifts. 1,110 cars got stranded on area roads, which were basically impassable for a day. Luckily I was able to work from home! This was my sidewalk after using the snowblower.
Still so much snow out there.

ReplyDeleteSorry about the "bomb cyclone", it hit us also. The snowblower has become my favorite winter tool.

ReplyDeleteHello, a foot of snow, I am glad I do not live there. Enjoy your day, have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYes you sure did get a lot of snow.
ReplyDeleteWow... that IS a lot of snow! We had relatives visiting who were driving through Colorado trying to get back home (Chicago area) during the bomb cyclone. I think it added a day or two to their travel.
ReplyDeleteI heard from our family there, but got no pictures! Wow!
