Partly Cloudy Sunset

Here's a Skywatch Friday sunset photo. I liked the colors and patterns in this photo formed by the various types of clouds, taken from the deck on the back of our house,

    A great sunset -- that cloud (I guess it might be a contrail?) provides a great contrasting highlight to the deep reds.

    Wonderful colours! I always love the clouds limned with gold like this, but there are some with white edges, too, and the contrail is still white! I love the depth of the photo!!!
