Stanley Park Flowers

As we head into March, our snowiest month of the year here in Colorado Springs (April is our second-snowiest), I'm going to look back at some beautiful flowers I found in Vancouver's Stanley Park late last spring.
Well, as they say, March and April snows make May flowers (or something like that). Anyway, this is my entry for the Scenic Sunday meme, and my last photos from the lovely Stanley Park.

  8. Maybe it's time for another vacation Al! March/April can be lovely in the Pacific Northwest (if you don't drown) ;>) The flowers are beautiful. Stay warm (and see what you can do about making sure that April snow melts by June or so when we are going to try to be in beautiful CO.!

  9. what show-offs they are with their gorgeous colors! I always heard, "April showers bring May flowers." But our March certainly has started with too much rain AND wind, in the form of tornadoes!
Love your blog, hate the WV.
