Al, they are cool looking sheep. I was disappointed that I missed seeing these Big horned Sheep during our recent Colorado trip! Great sighting and photo. Thanks for linking up, have a happy weekend!
Great capture, Al! They surely blend in well with their surroundings!! I had to look twice to see them!! Hope you and the doggies have a great weekend!! Enjoy!
So envious -- we have never seen them anywhere (in CO or in eastern Oregon, where there is a herd (or so we have been told )). The wild sheep we saw in Alaska are different, but at least we saw them.
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment - I love reading them and look forward to viewing your blog. If you only allow Google+ comments I won't be able to leave a comment in return.
wonderful animals. Hugs from Poland.
ReplyDeleteNice one Al. They definitely need to be surefooted on those slopes.

ReplyDeleteGreat picture of the sheep.
ReplyDeleteIt always amazes me how they can scramble around in all that loose rock. Nice pic ..
ReplyDeleteBeautiful critters!
ReplyDeleteStunning animals and a beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly blend into the terrain don't they?
ReplyDeleteGrear photo Al!
ReplyDeleteThese bighorn sheep looks beautiful!
Awesome sighting! We saw a few, but never got a good shot of any of them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful animals. They sure exist in rugged countryside.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful, the horns look heavy for them to carry! What are those rocks for, why are they confined in that area alone?
