Severn Bridge

Continuing with a 1975 trip to England and Wales, here's a photo of the famous Severn Bridge which links the two countries.

It may be an old and less-than-perfect photo, but it's my entry this week to both Vintage Weekly and Sunday Bridges.

Monnow Bridge

This entry qualifies for the Vintage Weekly meme in several ways. It's an old scanned print from 1975. And the Monnow Bridge is certainly vintage, having been completed in 1272 (although the gatehouse was completed a few decades later).

And I'd guess that it will be one of the oldest entries for Sunday Bridges this week.
