The terrain includes classic Western buttes.
Here's another view taken from higher up.
And finally a pretty view, fairly typical on the front range of Colorado.

ReplyDeleteLooks amazing countryside.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots from the front range. That range is becoming crowded and developed. This area obviously is not developed. Hope it stays that way.

ReplyDeleteOh yes -- I think Roy Rogers and Trigger are hiding behind that butte, ready to ride out and save the day! (Talk about how old I am!) it is really lovely there and a wonderful place to hike!
ReplyDeleteNice! I would like to see some of those buttes! #OurWorldTuesday
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, Al!
ReplyDeleteThe front range of Colorado is stunning!
Wonderful landscapes, but are those butts remains of a building or remains of erosion.
