Air Force Academy Model Airplanes

Near the Air Force Academy chapel are several large model airplanes, and here are a couple.
There's also a statue for the famous Tuskegee Airmen.
And these are my photos for this week's Our World Tuesday meme.

  3. Upon coming back from Colorado, someone had asked about our trip. When saying we spent a night in Colorado Springs, they asked if we had gone to the air-force academy. We did not...but there is always reason to go back!! I like the photographs. In the first one, what is the strange looking triangular structure in the background...a hanger?

  4. These are so interesting! Boy, it's been a while since I was there...our baby daughter lay on my lap and I had to cover her ears every time the crowd cheered for the ice hockey team! :-) LONG time.....
