SLO Flowers

San Luis Obispo, sometimes shortened to SLO, is a very pretty town. When we were there last summer, I photographed some flowers near the mission, so to warm me up on a cold week here's one of those shots.
I'm entering this to Floral Friday, a new meme to me.

    Flower pictures are one of my favorite things to look at when its cold and snowy outside.

    Those are just beautiful Al! I've been to SLO, just never heard it referred to as that....we need to go spend some more time in CA one of these times.

    Oh my goodness, they even have a Western Australian green Kangaroo Paw! a) they are not easy to grow and b) they have come a long, long way.

    That is really a deviation from the winter scenes i usually see in blogs these days. Colors are so tropical, and of course beautiful shot as always.
