Here's a current shot of our first dog, Socks. He's 12 years old, and while he's turning grey and getting a little hard of hearing, he still loves to play and go for walks. A couple of weeks ago he happily hiked five miles with me. Next week I'll show you our other dog.

What a sweetheart. Your dog has a great face. Love the gray look. I have a bit of that myself.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad Socks is still doing well at the ripe old age of 12! My old dog Bear quit hiking around 11 years of age.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see Socks is doing well and is still cute as can be!
ReplyDeleteHi Al, I always love to see Socks. He's a pup yet compared to our Eddie who is 15 in October. Like Socks she's still active and hares ahead of me on our daily walks on the farm.
ReplyDeleteHello, what a cutie. Socks is adorable. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteCute chappie! Looks mischievous!
ReplyDeleteSocks is so cute. Is he a Pomeranian? Love his coloring
ReplyDeleteSweet Socks! I am older, grayer, and harder-of-hearing too, and I bet I couldn't keep up with Socks for a five mile hike!

ReplyDeleteJust great that he still loves to play and go for walks with you!
