In my last Sunday Scans photo we saw a view of the German town of Rudesheim back in 1974. For the first December entry we move a little closer to the town, showing off some of the vineyards for which the town is famous.
Join me next week when we'll visit the town!

Seeing your Sunday Scans inspires me to learn to scan off at least some of the thousands of photos I have of Europe and N. America.
ReplyDeleteNice to be reminded of Ruedesheim and the wonders along the Rhine. We lived for a time in Koeln and Bonn so it is a little like going home.
Very intriguing. Is this along the Rhine river? Wonderful scan that has its own beauty!
ReplyDeleteHi Al, thank you so much for your comment! This scanned shot is an awesome angle. I love seeing the roof tops behind the vineyards!
ReplyDeleteThat is cool to see. I was just on the River Mosel. There too are vineyards as far as the eye can see.
ReplyDeleteThose old photo's change colours, we have them too in albums, but I like to look at them because of the memories.
