For this week's Vintage Weekly photo, here's a scanned 1998 photo from a point-and-shoot camera, showing an entrance gate to a Buddhist temple near Pusan, South Korea, on a grey, rainy day.
I refuse to let bad weather stop me from enjoying a vacation or taking photos!

Great shot, Al! That's one part of the world I've never traveled to, but find it fascinating! I feel the same way about bad weather -- tough stuff, it doesn't keep me from taking photos!! And with all the rain we have in the northwest, it's a good thing or my blog would be pretty empty!! Hope you and Socks are having a great weekend!

It's fun to see your paper photos here in between.. and I would like to walk there and see all the things, nature and buildnings! :)
ReplyDeleteThe architecture in Buddhist temples is like none other. It seems simply ornate if that makes any sense!
ReplyDeleteThat a beautiful temple entrance. Just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt's misty and mysterious and very evocative of how I imagine this part of the world. And what's a little rainy weather to a Colorado resident!
