While fall in Colorado doesn't have the spectacular variety of the East Coast, we do get the golden aspen trees.
These photos were taken on a local hike a few days ago.
Fall in Colorado is one of my favorite times of year. And it means ski season is just around the corner!

The aspens are beautiful and golden!
ReplyDeleteThe Birch trees do look fantastic in the fall. Great shots.
ReplyDeleteI love Colorado's golden Autumn!! And if you love the season that comes next (as you do) it's perfect. My love of Oregon Autumn was tempered by my dread of the coming winter... no longer a problem since we travel away. Maybe if we'd lived where Winter was cold bright and sunny as you do instead of cold and gray and damp we would have liked it better!
ReplyDeleteLove those aspen trees! They are just as good as the East coast fall colors.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, it has been too many years since I have seen the aspen trees in the Fall.
ReplyDeleteLovely golden colours! (Can't believe you got snow though...)
