For this week's My World Tuesday post, here are the last of my photos from the Balloon Glow at the Colorado Balloon Classic. The first is a close-up of where the fire comes out, the second is looking up into a balloon with the flame.

Great shots! Incredible photos!
ReplyDeleteAwesome captures as always, Al! I do love the balloons, as I've told you before, but this is seeing them from a different perspective and they're superb! Hope your week is off to a good start! Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteAmazing! Thanks for showing us these photos.
ReplyDeletefabulous captures. thanks for sharing these. i wouldn't have noticed these details this way.
ReplyDeleteQuesta foto sicuramente rappresenta l'accensione di una mongolfiera, vista all'interno della stessa !
ReplyDeleteGiusto ?
Ciao :)
Very cool, especially the second frame!
ReplyDeleteOh, Al, I can always count on you for great photos. By the way, have you ever seen the children's picture book, Hot Air Henry, about a Siamese cat who accidentally takes off alone in a hot air balloon? The illustrator, Erick Ingraham, shows the balloons from every possible angle. You really should check it out (says the children's librarian, ret.).
ReplyDeleteAwesome shots! What a great and different perspective. I love those night glows.
ReplyDeleteI sure do miss the balloon glows we used to go to in Colorado Springs. Sigh. These gorgeous shots bring back so many good memories!

Amazing! The first shot is so crisp!
ReplyDeleteI like these shots, thanks for sharing. Have a lovely week.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE balloon festivals! Your captures are gorgeous! I went to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta a few weeks ago...sensational! Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative at night for the balloon glows when I was there. But, I have been to them at other places so I wasn't too devastated. Your post is super!
ReplyDeleteWe hope to try on it with my shaggy dog
ReplyDeletefor the first and only time in our life. (LOL)
((o(*^^*)o))
Great shot looking straight up into the fiery inferno!
ReplyDeleteYour photos just warm me up :-D
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it is very hot from your photo. I know in Australia, they start off at 6 am, because a 3 hour ride can become stuff and hot.
ReplyDeleteAmazing pictures, Al!
ReplyDeleteThe balloon festivals sounds great.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and nice comment.
Flora also gets so excited when she knows she's going for a walk.
