OMG Grade Pears

I'm going back to last May for these shots from Seattle. These are from the famous market, and cover several memes. First, they're for Our World Tuesday.
Lots of flowers were for sale.
Seafood too, tastefully arranged!
And for Tina's PicStory theme of fruits, as well as the Signs Signs meme, here are some incredible pears, as well as ordinary apricots and cherries.
We always visit this market when we're in the Seattle area.

  11. I'd love a marketplace like this in the New Haven (CT) area; So many sights, things to purchase and eat on the same trip. Although the theme is fruit, I am taken especially by that crab leg and pincer holding the US dime. It would be a shame to crack that appendage, it is too much fun to not keep looking at it!

  20. Pike Street Market? Whenever we visit, I always just want to live there! (There are some apartment/condos in the neighborhood I think, but last time I checked I hadn't yet won the lottery.)

  21. Many years ago, when my young husband got stationed in Seattle, a neighbor took me to the market and I was just in awe. Terrific place.
