Eltz Castle

I always liked the mysterious look of this photo of Eltz Castle in Germany. It's a scan of a slide taken back around 1976.
It's for Vintage Weekly and Scenic Weekends.

    PS: Thanks for the answer about the snake. I am glad it was not poisonous! Last month I found a coral snake on my backyard...I don't know if it was poisonous or not... I fear so much all kind of snakes at all.

    The fog and mist do add a surreal character to the castle. Very mysterious as you rightly said Al!
