I've hardly started posting my photos from our May trip to California. Here's the first one I took, our local mountains from the airplane.
I think it qualifies as a Scenic Weekends post.

Before you know it, that snow will be everywhere! Great scenic landscape!
ReplyDeleteOh, Al, that is incredible and breathtaking!! Thanks so much for sharing!! Really made my afternoon!! Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this Al! It's a beautiful photo, the mountains are wonderful and I am always so happy to know I'm not the only person who takes pictures from the plane (and marvels at what I see). Most people act so blase.
ReplyDeleteLast weekend, we flew over Colorado on our way back from California and saw your snow capped peaks - so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful and striking landscape ! Great capture :)
ReplyDeleteWe certainly had a lot of snow above timberline last May! I'm sure it looks the same right about now. You must have had the perfect seat to take such a great picture.♥♫
ReplyDeleteIsn´t it just apectacular the view from a plane?! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhile your photo is wonderfully scenic, snow holds little appeal now. The western part of our state got about two feet of the stuff this weekend. We just got rain, for which I'm thankful.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous view!
ReplyDeleteWow that is a very spectacular shot, as if you have your own plane! I saw some ice caps only 3 times in my life in Europe airspace. Here, we just have islands, greens and water and of course endless cloud formations.
ReplyDeleteWow! What a beautiful view!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And brrrrr!
