Icy Weekend

We had some cold weather the last few days, and this is what we woke up to yesterday morning.
It's not uncommon to get some cold nights this time of year, but these grey skies are unusual for us.
But we were back to normal again today, so I took the dog and the camera to the local park.
And that's my post for Our World Tuesday.

  3. Hi Al..Wow I don't like the thought of these sights, but I have a feeling it won't be long now! There hasn't been a killing frost yet in my area, and that is kind of unusual for there not to be one by now! Yesterday was shorts and tank top, today jeans, socks sweatshirt lol!
Great photos especially that first one!

  12. Wow, I love those ice covered shots!
We've had some snow & very thick crunchy frost. It's rare that we get that kind of ice coating in our parts, though. I love it.

it might be time for the frost, soon.. I think we have already had frosty nights here in my town, but.. I was asleep and.. it would have been too dark to shoot some photos.. :))

  16. Brrr! Colorado weather is so changeable. Even if I hear about bad weather there, I don't necessarily call the kids, because by the time I've heard of it, it has usually changed.

    Your pictures are wonderful.
