Garden of the Gods Reflections

The very heavy September rains created a once-in-a-generation pond in Garden of the Gods. I got some sunrise photos before work one day, and here they are. The water is all gone now and isn't likely to be back for years, possibly decades.

  6. What an awesome experience for you! A perfect few seconds like that happen only once or twice in a lifetime. Fabulous shots, that light literally only last for less than 15 seconds.

  21. I'm trying to process the concept of a once-in-a-generation pond. It certainly makes a stunning surface for reflection of the orange mountains.
