WowW!! What a great shot for the day, Al!! Hard to believe it was taken that long ago -- looks pretty up to date to me and SO high!! Hope you've had a great weekend!!
It is an impressive work. It seems incredible that a river can pass through a beautiful landscape through so gigantic bridge. A perfect shot, despite being 1977.

Born in London, I've lived in The Netherlands, New York, and Washington DC. Now I've settled down in Colorado and love taking pictures. Until October 2014 I used a Nikon D40X, but now it's a Nikon D5300. I do almost no photo editing - occasionally I will crop or remove a dust spot, but that's all. What comes out of the camera is what you see here.

ReplyDeleteThis is very interesting to «Louis» in that he knew about this viaduct but has never seen it.

Great photo Al :)
ReplyDeleteNice photo Al! It's a great looking bridge and probably an engineering feat, but it would scare me to drive over it.
