Point Lobos Coves

Point Lobos in California has numerous little photogenic coves. Here's China Cove.
Hiking around to the top shows a totally different view.
The aptly named Cypress Cove is another pretty one.
These windblown trees are so distinctive.
It's so different from our local Colorado scenery!

  1. The sea is a gorgeous colour in that first photo.

  2. Breathtaking views, Al and I love the composition of the last image. Have a great day. Jo

  3. I've always loved the California coast. When I lived in southwestern BC, I'd take every chance I got to drive down past that spectacular scenery. Fortunately, my parents wintered in Baja for many years, so I had a good reason!
    Oh, those beautiful twisted trees!
