At our elevation, sometimes we're in the clouds others are looking up at. This happened to us last week for about 24 hours straight, so I took the opportunity to go to Fox Run Park (one of my favorite places to walk Socks) and take a few photos for Skywatch Friday. They're not full of sky but I think they are still sky-related.

Ooooh, what lovely misty images. So loving the shots.
A magical forest? Beautiful misty shots.
Beautiful shots. It must be very cold there.
Cool forest-in-the-clouds photos! It looks like scenes from a Lord of the Rings movie.
Great shots.

Amazing and beautiful!
I love the misty trees. It sort of has an eerie feeling. And the dew on the pine is a nice macro shot too.
Skywatch frim the inside - great take al. I really enjoyed looking at your photographs
Those are awesome pictures. Looks very peaceful.
The fog adds mystery to the shots and I very much like the water droplets on the pine.
The misty pines photos are simply stunning. You've captured all the wonderful elements of fog, dew or rain, and the majesty of the trees. I'd love to go for a walk here.
I would think that being IN the sky qualifies as a Skywatch subject! You can feel the moisture-saturated air just looking at these shots.
You mentioned in your comment on my blog your liking for Glenlivet Nadurra. If you visit the Glenlivet website, the peaked hill you'll see in the header shots is Ben Rinnes, which features in various shots in my bog.
