My World Tuesday - BreckConnect Gondola
For today's little part of my world, here are some photos of and from the BreckConnect gondola taken a few weeks ago. This is the recently-built gondola that takes a rider from the main ski area parking lots to the base of the ski runs.

Never been to a slope before so I was quite confused at the first image. For a while it looked to me like you were showing a type of ufo/sci-fi structure :)

What a poshy, and probably expensive, way to get to the top of the mountain.
Wow, these are cool-looking gondolas...very state-of the art engineering. Great shots!
The station or terminal looks very sci fi. Next time I go to our mountains, I will look and see if ours look like this.
