Friendly Little Yellowstone Critters
Our cabin in Yellowstone was surrounded by many of these little creatures, which I think are prairie dogs. They were obviously used to being fed by people because they'd come right up to us, even though we didn't give them anything. They were certainly cute!

They are cute critters. I love Yellowstone, we stayed in the cabins near Old Faithful. It was great being so close.

These cute little guys look a lot like the gophers we have here in Alberta. Ours are officially "Richardson's Ground Squirrel" but we call them gophers.
Unfortunately, our dog calls them lunch, so it's hard to walk her during gopher season.

One of my cats likes to stand like this to look out the window. It's cool but no where near as cute! :)
