Pink Dome Sky
The Circus Circus hotel in Las Vegas has an indoor theme park (the Adventuredome), complete with a roller coaster and other thrill rides. It's housed in a pink glass dome, and I thought a photo looking up would make a great photo for Skywatch Friday. It's much bigger than it looks here.
This is one of the few truly family-friendly places on the Strip, and we've stayed there more than once because of this (we used to stay in Vegas driving between Colorado and Los Angeles). Unfortunately, the hotel is not in the middle of the rest of the action on the Strip.

ReplyDeleteJust to answer your question: the church is from the year 1200. It is possible to go inside, but today they had a wedding inside, so we were not allowed. :)
