For this week's Sunday Scans, here is a photo from Madurodam, a miniature city in Holland where I remember spending several fun days when I was growing up.
This is a great Sunday Scan, Al! I love this photo--I remember taking the kids to Tiny Town. It is a place where you can ride a tiny train through miniature towns and such. Our kids loved the place.

Born in London, I've lived in The Netherlands, New York, and Washington DC. Now I've settled down in Colorado and love taking pictures. Until October 2014 I used a Nikon D40X, but now it's a Nikon D5300. I do almost no photo editing - occasionally I will crop or remove a dust spot, but that's all. What comes out of the camera is what you see here.

It does look like a fun place! How wonderful to have all these old photos and the lovely memories they bring! Thanks, Al, for sharing them with us!

Gosh there is a lot going on in that photo. Guess you could spend a lot of time there, we only have a miniature village locally:-)
ReplyDeleteOh that looks like so much fun! Especially when you're a kid! Also love what everyone is wearing :D
