Simple Blue Skies

Here's a set of simple blue skies for this week's Skywatch Friday entry. These were all taken over the last couple of weeks on short hikes with Socks, the first in Pulpit Rock park, and the last two in the nearby Black Forest Regional Park this past Saturday. These are the skies we see most of the winter - we're lucky as the mountains shield us from most bad weather.

  7. Al, the first one is the best looking at the sky through trees I have seen yet. The bare trees make all the difference.

  29. When I see beautiful shots like your first one, I think of Georgia O’Keefe’s picture lying on the ground and paining what she see above her. This has to be one of my favorite shots of the week.genie
