More Avila Beach

Continuing with photos from Avila Beach in central California, it's rocky in places.
There were some good waves the day I was there.
I always look for shadows. The pier in the distance is the one from my previous post; I wandered down the beach from there.
Finally I liked the color of this rocky outcropping against the blue sky.

    This looks like a great place to walk. The sand looks so pure and clean scrubbed by the ebb and flow of the tide.
