Snowy Morning

Here's the scene that greeted me when I got up this morning, totally appropriate for Skywatch Friday.
They're not perfect photos, but they show how my area can be this time of year - hot one day, with winter making an appearance the next! We've got a winter weather advisory today, we could get up to 5 inches (12 cm) of snow, or possibly more. But I'm not complaining, as we need the moisture.

  2. Amazing! Guess I'll try to quit whining about the rain and unseasonably cool temps -- compared to yours, mine weather is pretty darn good! Stay warm, have a great day, Al!

  6. I miss that about Colorado ... but you got some great photos of the snow!

I remember once we had 18 inches of snow on a Friday, then had a BBQ on our deck on Sunday and it was in the 70's.

  10. Good grief!
But yes, you have to take moisture any way it comes.
You must catch a cold quite often with these fluctuations.
