- Born in London, I've lived in The Netherlands, New York, and Washington DC. Now I've settled down in Colorado and love taking pictures. Unless otherwise stated, all pictures are taken by me with my Nikon D40X. I do almost no photo editing - occasionally I will crop or remove a dust spot, but that's all. What comes out of the camera is what you see here.

Great shot of the Portland, it almost matches the clouds and sky. How did you like Oregon (I live east of Portland)?
Is this Portland, Oregon? I haven't actually been on the waterfront there for a few years. Your photos are wonderful.
These are really nice! I've never been to Portland, I especially like the photo of the arches.
I love the arches, the wading pond and the boat. It really does look like a scenic place to go for a walk!
Very scenic! When we were in Portland, it was quite cloudy and rainy...we never saw Mt. Hood. I would like to go back someday; we even have it on our top 5 places to live!

We really want to visit Portland someday soon. Had a trip all planned and reservations made this past summer and had to cancel it because of stuff going on with our house being on the market. Having to cancel was the bad news. The good news is we sold our house, and while we wait to finally take that postponed trip I really enjoyed your lovely waterfront photos! :-)
