Large Horses
For the fun Camera Critters meme, here are some photos of the horses that pulled the sleds during our Keystone trip. They were some of the largest horses I've ever been close to, and I thought they posed nicely for the camera.

ReplyDeleteThese shots bring back memories. My father never used to have a tractor when we were kids. He used horses to pull hay and do other farm jobs. These days he has a three-wheel bike *grin* but he still rides a horse at times.

Those are some large horses, obviously built for power rather than speed! What a wonderful way to get around.
